Woodworking Project Paper Plan to Build Flower Pot Windmill

There are two separate windmills here, which turn independently of each other and also in opposite directions. The smaller (red tipped) windmill is in front, the larger (yellow tipped) windmill is in back. The entire project is 33″ wide. All hardware is easy to find or fashion.
