Wide Centering Knife Jig

The patented KJ-140 Wide Centering Knife Sharpening Jig from Tormek® provides extra stability when sharpening knives with long, flexible blades such as fillet knives. The KJ-140 produces symmetrical bevels on both sides of the knife, regardless of the thickness or geometry of the blade. The Wide Centering Knife Jig fits most types of knives: household knives, chef’s knives, craft knives and knives for hunting and fishing. The KJ-140 has an extra stop that makes it possible to sharpen tall knives such as a cleaver. It also sharpens straight drawknives and the gardener’s pruning shears.
