Bench Hold Down

The Veritas hold-down clamp is designed to fit in any 3/4″ drilled hole. Clamping force is controlled by the brass knob, and the arm is free to pivot in any direction, with clamping forces exerted downward into the clamped piece. The 10″ hold-down post is canted during use, and the fine barbed grooves resist pulling out of the 3/4″ hole, with 8″ of clamping capacity in the vertical and horizontal direction.
