1/8″ Edge Beading Router Bit With 1/4″ Shank

This Whiteside 1/8” Edge Beading bit creates a bead on the edge of your work piece to soften the edge. The pattern leaves a half rounded edge that is 1/8” in width. Making two passes on opposing faces will make a 3/4″ bead on the edge of your material. This edge profile is a hallmark of fine craftsmanship similar to what is found in Federal & Queen Anne pieces. The included rabbet profile allows you to create a lip in addition to the bead in one pass. This is useful for creating an additional shadow line detail for your work piece or as an integrated stop for a door.
