A six-speed brushless motor maximizes battery efficiency while powering through sheet goods and thick hardwoods up to 2-1/8 in deep. Bevel angles adjust from -1 to 47 degrees with a 1-1/2 in maximum depth at 45 degrees. The included 40-tooth carbide blade features a thin 1.6 mm kerf, stays fully shrouded and retracts completely when not in use for added safety. Kickback protection is built in. A riving knife travels behind the blade to keep the kerf open, while a selectable anti-kickback switch adds another layer of security. The blade-left design favors right-handed users, providing a clear view of the cutline. A dust port with bag helps control debris and connects easily to a vacuum hose for a cleaner workspace.
