Each set includes a 2-1/2″ long slipstone and a 4-1/4″ x 2-1/2″ x 1/2″ stone with five concave profiles on one side and a smooth face on the other. The 1000 grit stone is for general sharpening, leaving a polished finish. The 4000 grit is for final honing, leaving a mirror finish.
